Carlton W. “Tres” Blair III

Salvador “Tony” Bruno

President

Salvador “Tony” Bruno is a maritime industry leader with unparalleled experience heading the operational, commercial and financial strategies for U.S. Flag and non-U.S. Flag carriers. His expertise is global, having headed shipping operations in countries across North America, South America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. His track record includes managing P&Ls, consistently exceeding sales and profitability targets, driving above-market growth year over year, and cultivating strong customer relationships worldwide throughout his decades-long career. Tony served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Hapag-Lloyd USA LLC, one of the world’s leading liner shipping companies, from 2015 through 2019. In this role, Tony led all operational, commercial and financial initiatives for the U.S. Flag fleet that serves the U.S. military, government and commercial shippers. Tony also served in multiple general management roles within Hapag-Lloyd USA LLC’s parent company, Hapag-Lloyd AG. From 2012-2015 he was Senior Vice President, East Coast South America, where he led Hapag-Lloyd’s operations in Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay. There, he advanced Hapag-Lloyd to the number-two position in the marketplace and introduced new Asian, European and Intracoastal services. After advancing through management positions of increasing responsibility at Lykes Brothers Steamship Co, Inc. Tony became Senior Vice President, Transatlantic Trade Management at CP Ships. His career began with Waterman Steamship Corporation/Delta Steamship Lines. In 2018, Tony was a recipient of the Admiral of the Ocean’s Seas (AOTOS) Award, the American maritime industry’s most prestigious honor. He is a graduate of the College of Lake County in Grayslake, IL and the Advance Traffic School (Maritime Industry Trade School) in Chicago, IL.

Gary Pedersen

Vice President, Supply Chain

Gary Pedersen comes to WCM with a wealth of operational and sales experience at a senior level within the transportation industry. Most recently, Gary was with CEVA Logistics where he led the company’s ocean charter solutions, reefer cargo and procurement initiatives. Gary has a strong background in international supply chain management, digitization, and technology experience, along with a demonstrated ability to excel in both autonomous and team-based environments. Gary has held previous positions at Seabury Maritime, COSCO Shipping, CMA CGM, Kuehne + Nagel and P&O Nedlloyd. While serving within the US military, Gary was a lieutenant in the US Navy and is a US Coast Guard Licensed Third Officer. Gary earned a BS degree in Marine Transportation/International Business from SUNY Maritime College, an MBA from Wagner College and was a member of the adjunct faculty at Union County College where he guided learning within the Supply Chain Management curriculum.

Chris Dombalis

Strategic Advisor

Chris Dombalis actively consults with asset providers, ports, and beneficial cargo owners in the Transpacific region. With more than 30 years of industry experience, Chris has held senior management and CEO roles across various shipping, trucking, and port entities. Additionally, he has been deeply involved in the asset-light intermediary sector, contributing to several logistics roll-ups, IPOs, and technology exchanges, where he also serves as a board member.

Michael Stillitano

Chief Financial Officer

An accomplished senior global financial executive and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Mike Stillitano is a strategic business partner in global and domestic business environments. A licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with expertise in strategy, financial management, leadership, and staff development; with accomplishments in business turnarounds, transformations and restructurings; shared service centers; improving business processes, and startups; improving working capital, reducing costs, increasing e-business and project management.

Deborah Page

Director, Customer Service

A transportation industry veteran with more than 40 years of experience, Deborah Page manages WCM’s Customer Service team, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while overseeing and ensuring compliance for the company’s day-to-day air and ocean import and export activities. Deborah solicits customer feedback to refine process improvements that further enhance customer satisfaction. She is certified in presentation skills, customer service, leadership, Maintaining Non-Union Status (MINUS) training, HazMat handling, forklift training, and time management. After beginning her career in the transportation industry in the mail room of a major freight forwarder in Houston, TX, Deborah later joined Lykes Brothers Steamship Co, Inc., working in traffic and documentation and reshaping the customer service, documentation and sales processes for the entire company. After 13 years, she moved on to UPS Supply Chain Solutions where she was responsible for all ocean import and export functions within the Southwest area.

Neil Myers

Director of Pricing/Procurement

Neil Myers brings WCM more than 30 years of logistics experience across all modes of transportation. Neil joined our team in 2015 where he leads and develops strategic sourcing plans tailored to global business objectives. In this role, Neil negotiates multi-million-dollar carrier contracts and service-level agreements, securing volume discounts as he drives operational efficiencies. He also monitors ocean market dynamics - capacity, fuel costs, trade regulations – in order to anticipate changes and drive cost savings. Before joining WCM, Neil held positions with CAI Logistics, Reed Transport Services, Alfa Enterprises, Clarion Logistics, Emirates Shipping Line and CP Ships.
